OGF25/EGEE User Forum

The following hotels have been pre-booked for EGEE User Forum / OGF25 delegates (see map of the city for their location).

Confirmation of rooms will be made directly by delegates through the dedicated agency web site. Once entered the agency web site, delegates will find information on how to proceed for booking and confirmation. The agency will provide by e-mail a definitive “ok status�. No extra charge will be paid for this service. A first night deposit will be requested. Remaining due amount to be paid upon arrival at the hotel. Receipt of payment to be collected directly at the hotel.
