Notes for Registration

Confirmation

Your registration will only be complete when your payment is received. As the signature is required for the credit card payment, you will receive an email requesting for the card holder's signature. Please sign and send back the signature letter to Ms. Catherine Wang via email (catherine.wang@twgrid.org ) or fax (+886-2-27835434). The Final Confirmation Letter will be sent to you by email once your payment is received. Please present the confirmation letter at the registration desk upon arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and registration fee refund must be made in writing to the Secretariat before 28 February 2010. Cancellations and registration fee refund request must be made in writing to the Secretariat before/on 11 March 2011. Cancellations will not be accepted after 11 March 2011. In addition, all refunds will be processed after the symposium.
