All OGF37 attendees are invited to attend the Monticello Tour, followed by a wine & hors d’oeuvres reception on Tuesday 12 March, 2013 in Charlottesville, Virginia.

This reception is hosted by Open Grid Forum and is entirely free of charge. Furthermore, transportation will be provided to and from the conference venue, as well as drop offs made to the 3 hotels at which OGF has arranged for a room hold- all details of these locations may be found on the OGF37 Lodging Page

However, there is limited spacing; therefore you must register beforehand if you are interested in attending. This reception is expected to be both an awe-inspiring experience and a great opportunity to further mingle or network with peers.

4:30 pm Tour of Monticello including the Dome Room

5:30 pm Board TJF buses for the Visitor Center

5:40 pm Wine and Cheese reception in Woodland Pavilion

6:40 pm Depart Monticello

4pm Pick up from Rice Hall at the University of Virginia

4:20pm Arrival at Monticello & begin itinerary

6:45pm Pick up from Monticello

7pm- 7:30pm Drop off 1) Courtyard Marriott Hotel/ Hampton Inn 2) Red Roof Inn 3) Rice Hall at the University of Virginia
