Where paths are to traverse more than one administrative or technology domain, the dynamic allocation of resources required to provision these lightpaths must be negotiated and agreed between domains. This requires a trust model, creation and sharing on an inter-domain topology, the exchange of path requests and the assignment of network resources. The aim of this WG is to standardize an E-NNI definition that will allow lightpaths to be negotiated over multiple administrative domains of varying technology.

3. Contributing groups each given 5-15 minutes to present:
a) John Vollbrecht - DICE-CP (IDC)
b) Inder Monga – IDC development
4. Merge uni-wg and dmnr-wg?
a) Kudoh-san – presentation UNI comparison to DMNR
5. Review draft charter: aims, deliverables, chairs
6. Review Action points/next meeting
