This session will describe the "Targeted Project" concept
as a business model for OGF.

"Targeted Projects" can be used to connect the investment
of time, money and people with concrete results in a
relatively short time frame. OGF is endeavoring to use
this process to provide value to our key stakeholders. OGF
provides the venue to coordinate the definition of important
technical goals. Specific project plans are established
which key stakeholders and participants then execute in six
to twelve months. Most importantly, stakeholders and
participants realize a significant return on investment by
collaborating on common goals. OGF's first targeted project
effort, the Green VM Project, will be discussed. Stakeholders and participants are encouraged to collaborate.
