This session is intended to address the general subject of security as it applies to large scale distributed computing infrastructures which may be distributed across departmental, organisational and even international boundaries. What are the key challenges that differentiate a widely distributed set of computing and data resources from that the users already face? Is the situation with Grid really different from normal life in the IT department?
This session will be led by colleagues from the 451 Group and will feature a combination of short overview presentations combined with an open panel discussion and audience Q&A.
