The previous BTC session at OGF19 focused on "Current practices and short term plans in building and testing Grid middleware and Grid applications" in academia and research institutions. This time we will explore the business point-of-view of building and testing Grid applications as well as exploring the potential benefit in defining a common Certification Process for Grid software.

Agenda:
- ETICS Service overview, current status and plans
- Presentation of the "Quality Assurance Process Certification", proposed by the ETICS project, including key metrics collection, and automation of the procedure
- Discussions on convergence of key metrics for Grid software
- Presentations of the ETICS project, including live demo of building and testing distributed systems
