Hi,
some comments on Peter's questions:

I seem to recall there were some arguments for deleting it and I would be
fine with that.

That's fine with me. Actually, I suggest to have the call every other week,
rather than every 2nd and 4th week of the month, because that is easier
to handle for me since all of my other bi-weekly calls are like that ...
