[sem-grd] Semantic Grid Workshop at GGF11 in Hawaii

Hello again,

You may recall we put in a bid to hold a Semantic Grid workshop 
at GGF11 in June.  I'm pleased to inform you that we have an
enthusiastic go-ahead on this from the GGF workshop organisers.

We also have a clear steer from the GGF11 cochairs that the event 
is themed on *real* grids, so we plan a bit of an applications 
focus at this workshop.

GGF11 is being held in conjunction with HPDC-13 from June 4-9 
in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.  We're in discussions now to sort 
out more of the details - we'll get back to you with more 
information as soon as possible.

BTW We'll also be looking for volunteers to help run this!
Offers of assistance will be very gratefully appreciated :-)

Incidentally, we're currently not planning a session at GGF10
in Berlin, but we'll be present; e.g. as well as advertising
and preparing for the GGF11 workshop, I plan to attend the 
sessions of other groups and take some Semantic Gridness to 
them!
