[sem-grd] Semantic Grid Posters at GGF11

Hello,

I've had an approach from a team doing a semantic grid application who are
unable to be present in Hawaii but would still like their work to be
represented atthe workshop, so I suggested they could send a poster (I'll
figure out how to put this up in the workshop room!)

So if anyone else would like to send a poster of their project (perhaps
with a colleague who is able to attend) please let me know - you are
very welcome.
