[sem-grd] making future plans for the GGF Semantic Grid Research Group

Hello,

At GGF11 we discussed the progress of the Semantic Grid Research
Group against its current charter (this was at the Semantic Grid 
Research group session on the Wednesday - the minutes are online).  
We concluded that we don't need to make any changes at the moment
(and we need to work hard on the primer - thank you all for your
help with this).

However, we have already set ourselves the task of reviewing the 
group in November this year, when the Research Group is two years 
old.

Hence we need to decide if and how we want the research group to 
continue, and what the new charter should be.  I'd like to open 
this discussion to the list.  

One way of thinking about this is: where do we want to be in two 
years time?  I'd be grateful if people could think about this and 
make some suggestions as to how they see the future of the Semantic 
Grid in GGF.
