[sem-grd] new papers on portal

Hello again

Just to let you know there are three new papers in the docs section
of semantigrid.org. The first is a new paper that was invited as
an update on the original Semantic Grid report (which was written
3 years ago now), the second is the paper that went with Carole's
bridge-building keynote at ECAI, and the third is Agents and the
Grid from AAMAS.

Also, the look of the website has evolved, thanks to a financial
contribution from JISC (the UK Joint Information Systems Committee).
This is the first step in moving it towards more of a community-run
site than it is at present. Comments, corrections, new projects etc
are very welcome as always.

Thanks
