[sem-grd] OWL parser for .Net

Hi all,

I asked this a year ago and was pointed in the direction of Drive which
seems okay. Just wondering if anyone has come across an OWL parser for .Net
(pref with source code) with more OWL-directed methods and properties.

Also, what's the best (C# accessible) way of storing such data? As xml files
or do people use a database?
