RE: [sem-grd] Agents and the Grid?

Thanks for all the comments.

I promised some feedback after the area discussions in case this provides
any guidance on working groups vs research group vs bringing into
Semantic Grid.

My impression is that the existing groups will (and should) continue as
they are for now, and that the areas will re-organise above them - the
timescale is that the new organisation will be settled in January next
year.

In the meantime I propose that we continue this agents discussion under
the auspices of Semantic Grid, and that Semantic Grid also takes on
consideration of OWL-S and WSMO for the Grid (any volunteers to look into
this?!)  This all seems entirely appropriate for a Research Group.

Meanwhile it would be good to plan a BoF at GGF13 to gauge interest from
the community, and use this to explore possible charters, e.g. for a
negotiation activity.  

The main thing is to keep the momentum of this discussion going, and not
wait a few months.  Fleshing out a list of all the areas where the
expertise of the agents community can be usefully applied to the Grid
would seem to me to be a very worthwhile activity now.
