[SEM-GRD] W3C OWL update
Back at GGF7 I reported that the W3C Web Ontology Working Group was
making good progress with the OWL Web Ontology Language.
I'm pleased to report that five of the six W3C documents I mentioned
have just been voted to go for "last call", which means they will be
made available for public comment. These are the OWL Overview,
Guide, Requirements, Reference, and Semantic and Abstract Syntax
docs (the test cases doc is a working draft at present). After a
review period of a few weeks, these last call drafts either move to
W3C recommendations or back to working drafts.
Once again I recommend the OWL Guide to you as the best intro to
this language - see http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-guide/
Watch the w3.org web site for further information.
